Photos are private to your account and become unavailable no later than 24 hours after upload — except while an active task still needs them — with an hourly cleanup job removing the stored file within about an hour of expiry. Generated videos are private to your account and follow the same pattern with a 7-day window. Yes — one free trial generation per account, watermarked, with a sign-in account. If a generation is confirmed failed, the trial is returned to your account automatically. Trials are not purchases and have no cash value.

Our first six real generations finished in 148–183 seconds (about 2½–3 minutes). This page shows the live task status while you wait, so you do not have to guess.

When a failure is confirmed, the credit or trial it consumed is returned automatically — exactly once, recorded in your credit ledger. If a submission is still processing or under review, wait for its status instead of resubmitting. Purchased credit packs you have never consumed are refunded in full within 30 days of purchase; partly consumed packs are handled case by case via support@makerapvideo.com. We do not grant rights to anyone's likeness, trademarks, or copyrighted work — you need permission for the photos you upload, and you should check the rules of wherever you plan to publish. In real generation, every topic goes through an automated content-safety filter while the filter is enabled and reachable; requests that come back with a non-allow verdict are rejected before any video is generated or credit is consumed. If the filter is temporarily unavailable, generation continues under the video provider's own safety layer, and reported content is reviewed manually. Generated videos are also screened by an automated output safety review before delivery whenever the review service is reachable — blocked videos are not delivered and the credit or free trial is returned. Six categories are always prohibited: pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), deepfakes/impersonation of real people, and copyright/trademark infringement.
