DRAFT · CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT LEDGER

Credits and Refund Policy

Rap video checkout is closed in this M0 preview. This page does not offer purchases or promise a cash refund for a Rap video order.

Confirmed task failures

When the service confirms a task has failed, any credit or trial adjustment follows the account ledger. Check Credits for the recorded transaction and balance.

Submissions still being checked

If a submission is uncertain or under manual review, wait for its status to be resolved. Do not submit the same request again while it is being checked. An uncertain submission is not treated as a confirmed failure or an automatic refund.

Local demo runs and demo credits are not purchases. The operator and final support process still require confirmation before launch.
