Terms of Service

MakeRapVideo is an independent service operated by an individual operator. By using the service you agree to these terms. Questions and complaints go to support@makerapvideo.com; support is handled in the order received.

Photo permissions

Only upload photos you are permitted to use. Make sure people shown have agreed to this use. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s rights or misleads viewers about a real person’s actions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or impersonation intended to deceive. The operator may remove stored content and close accounts that violate these rules.

Demo availability

Features may be unavailable or operate in clearly labeled local demo mode. A demo MP4 is illustrative and is not an AI-generated rap performance. Rap video checkout and watermark removal are closed while the service runs in demo mode.

No warranty; limited liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator’s total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may change as the service develops; material changes are announced on this page with a new update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
