Acceptable Use Policy

MakeRapVideo ("we") turns two photos you upload into a stylized rap video of the people in those photos. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every topic you submit, every photo you upload, and every video generated through the service. It sets out what content is prohibited, how content is moderated, how to report violations, and what actions we take. Use of the service means you accept this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy covers: the topic text and other prompts you submit; the photos you upload; the AI-generated rap videos (including their audio) produced from them; and any content you publish from those videos elsewhere. The service is for personal, non-deceptive use of your own material.

2. Content standards & prohibited categories(内容标准与禁止类别)

Six categories of content are prohibited(六类禁止生成内容). Requests to generate them are rejected before any generation starts, and confirmed attempts lead to enforcement under Section 6:

• Pornography / NSFW(色情/NSFW 内容): sexual or pornographic content of any kind, including any sexual content involving minors — child-unsafe content (CSAM) is an absolute red line, blocked immediately and reported to authorities(儿童不安全内容零容忍，立即封禁并报案);
• Violence / gore(暴力/血腥内容): graphic violence or gore, or content promoting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence;
• Hate speech(仇恨言论): hate speech or content inciting hatred, discrimination, genocide, or ethnic hatred;
• Deepfakes / impersonation(深度伪造/冒充他人): face swaps between people, "nudify" edits, compositing two real people into intimate scenes, or making a real person appear to say or do things they never said or did — whether or not the people involved consent;
• Copyright / trademark infringement(侵犯版权/商标): content infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property, including copyrighted characters and brand names;
• Deceptive impersonation(欺骗性冒充): impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations, or passing generated videos off as real footage of real events.

3. Source of uploaded material

You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of other people for which you have their explicit permission. Uploading another person's photos without their consent is prohibited. Before every submission you confirm that you hold the rights to the photos you upload — that confirmation is a binding condition of use. Permission to use someone's photo never authorizes the deepfake content prohibited in Section 2.

4. Content moderation

We operate layered content safety:

• Before generation: every topic and prompt is screened in real time by an automated content-safety filter. Requests that do not receive an allow verdict are rejected before any video is generated or credit is consumed.
• During generation: the underlying video-generation model applies its own provider-side content safety to the prompts and reference images it processes.
• After generation: generated videos are private to your account — there is no public gallery — and are deleted automatically after 7 days. Content reported to us is reviewed manually.

Violations are handled by severity: critical violations (child safety, terrorism) are blocked immediately and reported to authorities; serious violations lead to content removal and account suspension; minor violations lead to a warning and removal.

5. Reporting

Report violating content or behavior to support@makerapvideo.com. Include the video link or topic where possible. Reporter identity is kept confidential. We aim to respond to critical reports within 24 hours and to all other reports within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and repetition we may: issue a warning; remove generated content; restrict or disable generation access; suspend or permanently ban the account; and report criminal content to the relevant authorities.

7. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to the notice or emailing support@makerapvideo.com within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision, within 10 business days.

8. Policy updates

This Policy may change as the service develops; material changes are announced on this page with a new update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
