No. You can select and preview photos locally. Upload begins only after you sign in and submit.

Photos are private to your account and become unavailable no later than 24 hours after upload — except while an active task still needs them — with an hourly cleanup job removing the stored file within about an hour of expiry. Generated videos are private to your account and follow the same pattern with a 7-day window. When you submit a task, the selected photos go only to the generation provider, through short-lived signed references. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Yes — one free trial generation per account, watermarked, with a sign-in account. If a generation is confirmed failed, the trial is returned to your account automatically. Trials are not purchases and have no cash value.

Our first six real generations finished in 148–183 seconds (about 2½–3 minutes). This page shows the live task status while you wait, so you do not have to guess.

When a failure is confirmed, the credit or trial it consumed is returned automatically — exactly once, recorded in your credit ledger. If a submission is still processing or under review, wait for its status instead of resubmitting. For a pack purchased through checkout, an unused pack is refundable in full within 30 days; partly consumed packs are reviewed case by case. Subscription renewals can be canceled in Billing, and current-period credits remain until that period ends. See the Credits & Refund Policy.

The service is for personal, non-deceptive use of your own material, and our current policy covers personal use only — we do not sell a commercial license. We do not grant rights to anyone's likeness, trademarks, or copyrighted work — you need permission for the photos you upload, and you should check the rules of wherever you plan to publish. Real generation requires an explicit allow verdict from Waffo content-safety screening before a task or credit/trial use. Blocked topics are rejected; review verdicts or unavailable screening pause the request for retry. Disabled screening or missing credentials also blocks generation. The video provider applies its own moderation, and reported issues are reviewed manually. Generated videos are also screened by an automated output safety review before delivery whenever the review service is reachable — blocked videos are not delivered and the credit or free trial is returned. Six categories are always prohibited: pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), deepfakes/impersonation of real people, and copyright/trademark infringement.
